Sgt Walter Harriman who used to be called Walter Davis in earlier episodes has gone through the gate twice. Once on the episode Fallen (season 7) and once in the episode 200 (season 10).

I couldn't tell you his last name, but I don't think he ever went thru the gate... while on the subject, it's too bad it's the last season, and I really like those Ori dudes.
