There's a girlfriend (a girl who's a friend that I kinda like. She gave me her number on November 7,2006 ( Tuesday). I want to call her, but what can I say to not sound boring. Or what subjects can I bring up to keep the conversation alive. I'm in highschool and she is too. And when I asked if I could call her sometime (to get her number) she immediatley said "sure". Was she being hesitant? I don't think so, but what do you think.

She wouldn't have given you the number if she didn't want you to call her (would've said no or I don't think so or made up an excuse). When you call her ask what she's up to. Ask her how her classes are going. If you have any similar classes talk about that. Ask her if she likes your favorite band and what hers is. I'm sure she will have questions to ask you to. If all goes well ask if you can call again or if she would like your number. Then after a few conversations ask if she wants to go do something together just you and her (or in a group if that's more comfortable).

Welll, the first thing I would say is, if "she immediately said sure" then she likes you too and wants you to call her. Believe me, she is also nervous about what to say to 'not sound boring.' Obviously she doesn't think you are, or else she would have never agreed to give you her number in the first place!
Just be yourself -- talk about school, teachers, friends you have in common, movies, music...let the conversation flow naturally. Since you are both in high school I'm sure you already have a lot in common that you don't even realize yet!
The thing is, though, you will never know anything unless you are honest with her about your feelings. If she is truly your friend, she will be honest with you -- one way or the other. Even if it turns out that you don't get together, at least you know and can move on. Friendships are oftentimes better than relationships -- so you are in a win-win situation.

She didn't hesitate to give you her number...but you have now waited 3 days to call. It doesn't have to be a lengthy call...ask her to go for pizza or to a movie this weekend. You're already friends, so must have some common interests to talk about

She 'immediatly said sure' meaning she wanted u to call her. She probably likes u.......Just call her up and if u can't think about anything, then just talk about school HW or somethng. Then lead that to TV or Movies or Sports or Family or Music.......and when uv talked, if u wanna u cud ask her to the movies or just to hang out sometiems.........GOOD LUCK!!

Your in a great spot, call her and just talk to her like you do any other time. Ask her how shes feeling, how her day is going, tell her some funny stories and keep it light....

Dont let too much time pass before you call her....just say hi and start talking about school, usually girls can keep the conversation going...let her do the talking...

Ask her about her fav subjects, football, baseball-musicals just find something you guys are both interested in. talk to her friends. Don't wait, Call!

i think that she likes you . when you call her just act like you missed a homework assiment and you want to know if she remembers what it was. just start talking to her about work or school work and it will make it so much better and easyeir for you to get to know her and find out what kind of stuff that she likes.

ask her:
- how her day went
- what she's doing this weekend
- what she likes to do for fun
- ask her about her future plans
- what kinda music she likes
- tell her about your day
listen to her answers carefully, and be curious, if she says she had a bad day, ask her why. if she says she likes to go to the movies, ask her what her favorite movie is, or which one she would like to see (just examples).
talk about her as much as possible. Girls like to talk about themselves.

the most fav. thing that i would like to talk about with a particular guy is simple and interesting stuff...like fav. shows...fav. place to go out and hang out...whats up with life?....and what should we do this weekend...heehee...it might be kinda to quick there..but hey at least youre being honest!!!right?
