Your question is a prime example of why you need a lawyer. Firstly, your writing is atrocious. Your grammar and punctuation is abysmal. The judge will not want to read what you have to write. Secondly, you leave out important details. You are specifically asking for a "location" to access legal information but you fail to indicate where on earth you are.

Further, it is usually a horrible, horrible, horrible idea to try to represent yourself. I highly suggest not doing it.

Regardless, you can check www.findlaw.com or your local county law library for more information. Keep in mind that legal research is an entire semester long course in law school. You're going to have a hard time doing this yourself.

Good luck.

Screw limewire. Google "youtube downloader" that application enables you to flow into the URL of the video from youtube and it will acquire it for you. this is a great application. relish =]
