I've been looking at www.apartmentratings.com and the apartments where we're moving - Denton - sound scary. Anyone know of a reputable apartment complexes, preferably with a pool.

First off, a word of advice about the apartmentratings.com website - take what you read there with a grain of salt, as the saying goes. It is all to easy for someone to make false statements in their rating review. I've personally seen it happen. Someone gets upset because they got caught breaking the property rules or they are mad about having to pay late fees for a late rent payment or something like that and they can hop online and type in any nasty thing they can dream up about the property. I've even heard of people asking their friends and family to log on and make false statements or using multiple accounts on that site to make such reviews just to make the property seem worse than it is. There is no way of knowing if the property is as good or bad as it sounds without visiting it personally.
