what does it feel like. I was doing sit-ups about 9 or 10 and I think that I might be 5 months but don't know because negitive test an period still comes on but still feel like am pregnant an belly has gotten bigger an hard.an after the sit -ups felt like my insides were locking up and spazoming is this normal an after a little while it calmed down and stoped.What do you think. no rude answers.

You really need to see a doctor. You may not be pregnant, but might have something else wronge since you have had a negative test and your periods. If you are pregnant, you should be getting prenatel care already. Any severe cramping (pregnant or not) is not usually a good thing. You need to see a doctor.

Anyway you can still do all of your normal workouts until you are 6 months pregnant, most doctors will suggest that you stop doing ab workouts at that point but you can do everything else.
I worked out, even on the day I gave birth to my oldest.

Regardless, you should see a Dr before doing any sit ups. I doubt that's good for your growing baby.

i think if u r pregnant stop doing sit ups it can harm the baby

arent you going to the Gyno?? you really should!! and besides that.. you shouldnt do sit ups it can kill your baby. if you want to exercise, jog, or something easier... Dont strain your stomach! thats where you baby is

GO SEE A DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!! That can be very bad for the baby if you are pregnant!
