I think you need to go to the doctor or PLanned Parenthood to find out if you are pregnant first of all. If you are, you need to stop doing sit-ups. (At least that is what your doctor is likely to tell you.) Your muscles are stretching and thinning in that area and your ligaments are stretching because your uterus is enlarging. When I was pregnant if I used my stomach muscles to get up from a lying down position (around 4-5 months) it would kind of cramp and hurt for a while, and that is normal because of all the changes your abdomen and its muscles and ligaments are going through. You probably need to get checked out. Sometimes a blood test is required to find out if you are pregnant and there are cases of women having a period during their pregnancy.

you need to no longer do sit down united stateseven as your pregnant, in any respect! Crunches are allowed, yet in hardship-free words till your 4 months alongside, and then you need to no longer do ANY workout that has you lie flat on your back. you need to seek for suggestion from a clinical specialist for an artwork out that's secure, because your's isn't. My clinical specialist gave me a itemizing of do's and do not and that i examine a pair books on being pregnant workout, and that all of them have a similar aspect to assert. you've were given brought about some damage, you need to bypass to the clinical specialist to double examine issues.

You need to goto the doctors too get a check up. If you took the pregancy test and you got a negative response, maybe you are not pregnant. The best thing is too goto the doctors so they could take a blood test, because that is 100% accurate.. Good Luck!!!

Doctors recommend not doing sit ups while you are pregnant. If you think that you may be pregnant , go to your doctor and take a blood test. Good luck.

If you are 5 months you should know by now, so you probably arent. You should go to your Doctor and have him give you a blood pregnancy test and a sonogram.

First, you are not pregnant. Second, at 5 months sit-ups are very difficult to do, you can do crunches but sit-ups become increasingly harder as pregnancy progresses. Sounds like you need potassium.

Have you gone to the doctor? Buy your fifth month your doctor would have already confirmed your pregnancy with an ultrasound. Your question doesn't make much sense. Sorry.

I doubt you're pregnant, then. But if you were, you shouldn't be doing sit ups at all that far along. It could hurt the baby.
