I don't think it's possible. If it is possible, then who's to say other people haven't already fulfilled their desires by creating such desires in you? Therefore, you're not fulfilling your desires, but the desires of whoever created the desire in you.

Thoughts are ALIVE. Thinking itself is "taking action", albeit on the ethereal plane rather than the physical/material one.
We alter reality every with every thought we have, to more or less of a degree, depending upon the power of the emotions driving each thought.
