there are a lot of factors that can contribute to the pain.

cramps, diet, not enough fluids. when the blood thickens that causes the cramps, for that try taking aspirin or something like Midol, it thins the blood and drink lots of water. yogurt I hear can help as well with stomach cramps or pains. I would also say that if after a couple of cycles the pain doesn't go away to call you doctor. its probably something normal, but I would call to be on the safe side. sometimes stress, diet or something similar can cause your cycles to change. so the next one could be normal and I disagree with the girl about it being endometriosis, she's not a doctor and they only started a month ago.
