well i need all the good information for my Biology project.
please cover as much as you can and as brifely as you can.

i have almost completed it but just want to make sure if there is anything better i can add.

since its for your project i'll try to be as brief as possible and provide as much info.

Different parts of the body are at different temperatures. the skin temperature is lower than the liver temperature and the feet and hands may be colder than the abdomen. however 'body-temperature' usually means the temperature deep inside the body. the temperature varies during the day and there is no 'correct' body temperature. variations in the range of 35.8-37.7*C are normal.

Internal heat:
Many of the chemical reactions in cells release heat. the chief heat organs are the abdominal organs, the brain and contracting muscles.

External:
Direct heat from the sun absorbed by the skin, hot drinks and food also add heat to body.
Evaporation from the skin and lungs takes place all the time and is a cause of heat loss. to a large extent, the heat lost from the body is balanced by the heat absorbed or produced.

Its the process of homostasis where your body regulated your body temp by control different varibles in your body i.e water levels ect try wikipedia to learn more about it
