and what would you like to weigh, and what dress size would you like to be?
I weigh 10.5st, but want to be 9st which is what I was before both my pregnancies (youngest child is now 18 months, so no excuse!!). I'm a size 12, but want to be an 8-10 as that's what I've always been...I even got down to it after my youngest was born, but all that weight has creeped back on!

How do you convert stones to pounds??
Size 12 is normal. I wish I was size 12 again, but it won't happen. It's not always possible to get back down to your pre-pregnancy size. My mother never did.
I have a small frame. When I got married I was size 12. Been married eleven years. Within half of my marriage I went to a size 14 then up to 18. I was 145 pounds at the beginning of last month. I have lost eight pounds within the past four weeks and I am down to 138 pounds and a size 16. The extra weight is centered around the waist and hips.
I would like to get down to 130 or 125 pounds to get down to a size 14 - it will be easier for me to find decent clothes. Sizes over 14 are hard to find.

I'm 9st 4 & am size 10 & 5ft 8.I was a size 12 & 10st when i had the first of my 5 children.I would like to stay a size 10 but would like to put a couple of pounds on.

I'm 10st 4 pounds and i am 5ft 6. i am size 12 on bottoms but normally i can fit into a size 10 top even 8 sometimes.
But i wear size 10 dresses.
I am all over the place. but i want to slim down to 9.
but i've got more serious matters to deal and get better over first.

I am 8 stone 1, I wear sizes 8-10, depending on the shop I get the clothes from. They can really vary! I am around 5 foot 2-3. I haven't had kids, and I think that having kids makes women even more beautiful :)

Im 5'7" weigh 9 stone 6 pound, and am a size 12. Whish i could weigh abit less though about 9 stone, and drop to a size 10.

i am 9 stone 1 pound and i am a size 10. when i was cycling in the summer my weight was 9 stone 3 or 4 but i was a size 8. i guess muscle weighs heavier than fat but i was slimmer cos i was nice and toned. the best thing to do to drop a dress size is exercise. good luck.

Im 8.5st, and sometimes 9st :). I'm a size 12 and i'd like to be a size 8-10 as well.

im 15 im 7 and a half stone and depending on the make and style of dress im either size 6 or size 8
