il give you a few more details....connections seem ok...pc booting..BUT...a message comes up on the screen...saying..no input signal...going to sleep.....im puzzled....( ps..its a tv as well..and thats working)...

This means either your monitor or your video card is broken. Try borrowing a friend's monitor and hook it up, see if it works. If it doesn't work, then it's your video card. If their monitor does work on your computer, then oviously it's your monitor that is broken.

could be the video card is bad, the computer will still work, but I am not familiar with the TV version computers since the retrace is slower than a computer monitor,

lol, there is a button on your tv where it allows you to change between different input devices..usually the button called (TV/Video)- the same as you hook up VCR or DVD to your TV, and if you want to pay DVD then you need to change between TV/Video modes... click it a few times and it will change between different input modes(one of them will be an input from computers video card)
