The age old YA question! I said it once and I will say it again. Socks then pants. If you do it the other way then you have to roll up those pants to get the socks on. Why have that extra step?

If I am getting dressed to leave the house, I put on socks then pants. If I am going to be around the house awhile, I skip the socks and put them on later if I go outside.

this is basically the greatest question ever. but, pants. unless i'm wearing knee high socks, in which case it's easier to put those on first.

always pants, most of the time i'm wearing flip flops, so there's no socks needed

For me, it's usually always socks first especially in winter because the floor is cold.
