Society definitely needs to accept that ALL people are different, not just homosexuals.

I say that society should do whatever it chooses when it comes to being in the comforts of their own zone and being around the likes of themselves...Meaning i don't think that a bunch of stuck up so called straight people should see a group of gay people and then began their daily routine of how they hate it and how gross and sad they think it is. Because it's exactly that a thought and if they would THINK instead of thought they would know that a lot of people don't really care what it is they would like to express off the tops of their heads about others. Nobody likes a judge mental person that is consistant and feels it their need and maybe even honor to harass people of different stature. So i don't feel they have to accept or tolerate but rather respect what they do not know.

I am not really sure how to take your question. Yes some people are diffrent, that does not have anything to do with homosexuals though. Being homosexual only means that we love the same sex or prefer the same sex. We are normal people and our blood is red just like everyone else's. We live normal lives and I am the same person today that I was when I was in a relationship with a guy. I hope this answers your question. I just prefer women now.

Tolerate?? Accept is more like it. Everybody is different and we as a people should know that. Society should accept them. You never know when someone (a child) you truly love will face this in their life, and be afraid that you are going to reject them for it. I seriously doubt that they choose that lifestyle knowing how some in society despise them.

Isn't that the same thing? Yes, society should tolerate and accept that some people are different.

society needs to accept EVERYONE that is different. if we were all the same, wouldn't this world be awfully boring? diversity is what makes society interesting. no matter what sexual orientation, gender, race, religion, culture.... whether you're a bigot and feel you have to "tolerate", or you're an intelligent, open-minded person and you accept everyone's differences, it's the right thing to do.

The world would be a much better place if people would accept the differences we have amongst each other.
