Well, first of all, make sure that your best friend and you are in agreement on the relationship. You obviously dont' want it to go any further then what it did (meaning you only want to be friends).
Second, your friendship can work even though you had sex (screwed is such an awful expression). You have to work at it, and it will definately take time.
I have gone through some pretty intense roller coaster rides with one of my closest friends, and we are going really strong, because it was a friendship that was meant to last this long. If you had a true friendship, then there are no worries.

It is NEVER an accident. I assume that you had sex with your friend. Your friendship can last but you ned to talk about what happened. If you don't it will worry you forever and put a strain on the relationship.

You two are going to have to discuss it.
Did you take advantage of her during a weak moment?
If so, if you want to make sure your friendship lasts, tell her it was a mistake. She might understand.
You could also take your friendship to the next level.
There is a risk here, you might make your friendship better or much worse.

right you both slipped (took your clothes off, got wet and hard) and fell right into each other :o) it will be weird for a while. if you keep doing it it will get weirder. good luck. silly kids.

Its so easy just Reunite at him/her its bad if you end your relationship to each other he/her can be so curious about your problem to each other.Sometimes they can't sleep.
