Will imminent molestiation be part of the bill of rights now with the democrats in office?

Also , will public molestation be allowed if the child is 10 and it is consensual?

Can molestion take place under democratic supervision if parents are not available for consent?

Of course you know that amendments to our Constitution require a long process and is not contingent upon the party in power at the time.
