You'd probably have better luck filing a suit against the author of whatever you busted a gut over. Reading Y!A while you're at work probably isn't in your job description, anyway... :P

No, but if your boss happens to walk by while you're doing it and sees you on the net instead of working, you could file for unemployment compensation really quick like!

absolutely! i recently submitted a claim to workman's comp for surgery i needed to repair the huge chomp mark i left on my tongue. (injury was sustained from biting my tongue to keep me from saying something at work that surely would've gotten me fired....) go for it!!
