www.elgoog.com is the only place i know. it is a reverse mirror site of google so it bypasses most restrictions it has been used by journalists in restricted countries such as china

Blocked sites?
Like from a Library or School Network, if so, you wont be able to easily do this. Proxies is one way - although they are likely to be blocked too.

I cannot pass information on this if it is to get through networks because they block this for a security or specific reason - which you must obbey.

GOSH ! i`d love to hav a website or rather a GATEWAY you might call ... coz in UAE many websites are bloked including ORKUT. which i use !
