My husband has said he is not happy with me.He has rejected me because I did not go to college when he wanted me to,learn to drive when he wanted me to and be in the job he wanted me to get into. When I did start college and all that after having our 1st child he said it is too late for me.He has started having affairs with successful women and has just rejected,resented and became so critical of me that no matter what I do it never seems to be as good as these other women.I am only 33 and we've been married for 7 yrs

You are a person, you will do what you want, when you want, you don't have to answer to him, not like the way you have been.

A baby changes everything. There is the "bliss" everybody talks about, and then there are the sleepless nights, commitments of having to stay at home in the evenings and of course shortage of money.
You going to college at this time shows strength and commitment and will lead to your independence. You will no longer NEED your husband, when you are qualified and earn a better wage. What better declaration of your love could there be? If you stay, you stay out of love - or not if he continues to mess you around...

You poor woman .. sounds to me as if he has lost all his respect for you, and that he has forgot where he comes from.
He properly gets a kick out of putting you down, and in that sick head of his .. it would make him feel better.
Listen to me hun, you are young, you have a very important Job as a loving mother to your child, you can learn to drive at no matter what age!! My mum didnt pass until she were 50 !
As for College ... lots of people go there after they have brought their children up, and people who have had no educational upbringing wish to learn. People from all backgrounds want to do better for themselves etc.
You are proberly a very attractive women, and I bet he knows this so to make you feel like crap, he treats you like crap.
Get out of your relationship hun, its easy to say I know. But just think, you deserve better than this. If you have a good family and strong supportive friends behind you, you will be fine. And in the long term ... once you have your career and nice car with a stud, you can look back and have the last laugh.

Poor thing....it seems that he has walked over you for so long that he doesn't have any more respect for you. That said, he is still a selfish A-- for doing this after you two had a child together.
You need to continue with your college and leave his butt. You are a beautiful person with wonderful values. He does not deserve you. However, if you choose to forgive him, you can. Just don't let him continue to de-humanize you. Life is too short for that. You can find someone who will love you for who you are....You and your beautiful child.
If he can change his ways....try to give him another chance. If he just wants to continue with his ways...let him, but you don't need to stick around for that.

Where's your self respect?? It sounds like this man has been trying to control you since you began your marriage. And now he's cheating on you and you feel like you have to compete with his other women?
I honestly don't understand why some women think so little of themselves. You have value and are worth more than anything this man can offer. Get out and tell him to kiss your a**!

Sorry to hear he doesn't appreciate you. It sounds like he wrapped himself up in envy, pride, and materialism. It's a recipe for self destruction.
I am certain you are not the problem! He needs to take the plank from his own eye before he looks at the spot of sawdust in your eye.
