I don't know how to start, I started up this one but its not good, please take a look & Give Suggestions:
_______________________________________________
Basketball, Volleyball, being in the Weight room, what’s not to like about PE? Throughout the year, we all do a lot of sports while we’re in PE, and do ALOT of reading and writing and reading in health!
In PE, we usually either play Parking Lot or walk the track to warm up. Then we split up into our classes to do our sport that we are on. The sports that we play aren’t hard, but you must try them!

Is that a story?? Sounds like an essay...make it more casual, like truely teenager? What's so fab about gym? Sample:
Instead of: Basketball, Volleyball, being in the Weight room, what’s not to like about PE? Throughout the year, we all do a lot of sports while we’re in PE, and do ALOT of reading and writing and reading in health!
Basketball, vollyball, girls in shorts (or cute boys, w.e ur character's gender)...what's not to like about P.E? All through the year, it never looses momentum. From all those sports we get to play to A TON of reading, writing (notepassing) in health class, gym definitly rocks. Except today...
1)Forshadowing in 1st paragraph
2) Gives your character personality. If a kid in my school spoke like that, I'd be, well, terrified!

Basketball, Volleyball, weight training. What's not to like about PE?
PE doesn't exercise only our bodies but our minds as well. Throughout the year we learn about and participate in various sports, while learning about our bodies in the Health class portion of it.
The importance of warming up is never neglected, which we usually do by either playing Parking Lot or walking the track. Afterwards we split into groups according to which sport we are in at the time.
None of the sports we play are difficult, so even though participation by everyone is required, everyone can play them. All that is asked of them is that they try.

Have you ever wondered what school would be like without PE? I, personally, don't want to even imagine such a thought. With basketball, volleyball and even the weight room, what's not to like? We even get to play in the parking lot or sometimes walk the track to warm up. Trying some sports can be a challenge, but it is well worth it. Health, dexterity, and fun are but a few of the fantastic benefits. PE is great. I hope they never cancel it.

I am really not sure what the assignment is for (oral speach, book report etc) so this might not be the answer that can help you but here goes.
Physical Education, what is it really? Throughout your school life you take this course but what are you really getting from it. Sure bouncing a basketball with your budies can be fun. Slamming a volleyball back over the net, secretly wishing it was directed at the face of the guy/girl you couldn't stand can be fulfilling. Or realizing that 20 pounds of weight to a guy/girl that has never lifted in his life is alot heavier than it looks. Actually trying these things is not hard to do but is it fun? The one hour out of the day when you actually get to stop sitting at a desk and go out shouldn't it be something that you look forward to on a daily basis?
(So how's this? Anything close to what you were looking for?)

First, writing is about YOUR heart, Your emotions, Your feelings.
Close your eyes, and think what would I tell my best friend, your future kids, etc.
Things that trigger memories: Smells, Sounds, music, events.
For example, I remember the first time my son curled his fingers around my thumb. Tiny little fingers, and yet they grabbed my heart when the wrapped around my thumb.
It isn't so much about getting raw data across, it is about telling your story in a way that evokes your feelings.
And use spell check and the thesaurus. (Thesaurus is Shift and F7 at same time on Word)
and a lot is ALWAYS two words.
