Plant now before the end of November. Tulips are spring flowering bulbs and therefore need to be planted in the autumn.

Right now! November is traditionally the best time as they prefer the soil to have cooled down; and make sure you plant them nice and deep. Too shallow and the bulbs will split, preventing flowering the following year. They want to be 8-10 inches deep!

Wait till spring. I would plant them in late March or early April. Plant them now and they may rot if it gets too warm. They may also sprout if it gets too warm. Best bet is to wait till Spring.
