I have nearly completed my level 3 in Health & Social Care, and have got a mind block on how to write my understanding of the legal & organisational requirements on my personal and professioal development...this is what I have written...does it make sense ..if not why not?The legal & organisational requirements, alongside codes of practice, standards and guidance to access training for my personal/professional development under the Care Council of Wales(2001)(Care Standards Act 2000) enables me to obtain the mandatory standards that are necessary for my role .My responsibility is to keep up to date with my training, be aware of what I need to enhance my knowledge and understanding, following the company guidelines, policies and procedures as set down in the Staff Handbook.My personal & professional development is important to me and the encouragement of my Trainining Officer, Manager & Colleagues, all of which enables me to progress through the different levels, which enhances my work

I had a time understanding it. It consisted of 2 long run-on sentences, which necessitated the use of a lot of confusing commas. I was confused.
As a first step, read it aloud to yourself and break it up into more sentences. I think that will help a lot.

i can't answer your question, yet i prefer to congratulate you on your success!! i'm a mature student, and have purely carried out DD100, information social replace, and that i enjoyed it. uncertain what i'll do next, yet i'm thinking Human Geography or Social Economics. properly carried out!
