Wow, you guys are both wrong.

House of Representatives serves a 2 year term.
Senators serve a 6 year term.

No. There is already a built in term limits to Senate and Congress. It's called lets vote for someone else. If you get tired of your Senators or Congress then help a person who you would like to see take their place.
