If it wasn't for America, you'd be German. We fought and died to keep France from being swallowed in 2 wars. What a mistake! After the war (either ww1 or ww2, your choice) we should have told you frogs that you were a territory of the US, and made you pay our war expenses. The last time you won a war was the french, and that was against other frenchies.

I'm from the U.S. I personally think the French are a bunch of !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No kidding, coming from the U.S. I find the French to be a nation that has its own opinion and views on things. France is not afraid to buck the trend and speak its own mind even if not popular.

Sorry, I know you were expecting insults and perhaps 5 years ago I would have been full of them It's amazing what age does to one's beliefs...

My father is a WWII vet and was shot in France during the war. My father has nothing but love for the people of France and speaks well of the people there.

I recently went to France (a year ago), I was in Calais and of course I heard how rude the French would be to me. It was not so, the people were wonderful.

Now, I'm sure folks are going to start the World War argument how we saved the French on several occasions including finacially. However, in my opinion, the French would have done the same for us. Also, would there be a U.S.A. without France? One can ponder..........

another person that thinks the US won WW1 & 2 all on there own first of all you were only in WW1 for 6 months. the reason the wermarcht was defeated was mainly cos of Hitlers bad mistake mainly attacking the USSR in operation babarossa in 1941 which eventually led to his downfall & the fact he was F*cking nutter! USSR lost 20million plus people pushing back the germans. USA GB france poland USSR and many other nations helped stop the Nazi war machine. yes thank you USA for helping us stop one of the most evil regime's that ever existed sadly if we all would of acted sooner maybe there would not of been so much carnage! any way it's november 11th tomorrow remeberance day hope your all wearing your poppys R.I.P all those that have died during all conflicts! anyway like the french great cooking, dodgey cars & mad driving!

You have lost your will to be free. You do not seem to realize the threat that Islamic terrorism or socialism pose to your country. I think many of us are bitter that you could not get your president to support the invasion of Iraq. Perhaps we would be finished with Iraq if you had given us your support. You have become an Arab country yourself. You're weak. You have lost faith in God. You've become socialist and are doomed to be conquered within by the Islamic extremists that reside in your country. Perhaps you're already defeated.
