It is OK to wack off as much as it feels good to you. The body goes through changes and sometimes it just feels right.
Yes it is normal. if you read up about it you will feel less anxious about it and find it is OK

The line of obsession is very thin. If they don't seem to have any problems and it isn't effecting them, then it's prob not a health problem. However if it gets more serious, or he/she can't stop, or if they put their life on hold for it, then I'd be a little more worried. Think of it like taking meds: it's ok to a\have them regularly to 'take care' of your problems, but when it starts to control you and you lose the ability to stop...that's where the trouble is.

in case you are able to not sleep that long just to end your CD, I assure the the track will suck. Your recommendations would be trashed after the 1st entire day and something popping out of it particularly is going to be rubbish from then on. Get some sleep, then you certainly would be lots greater imaginitive.

If it starts in interfere with "normal" everyday activities than yes it's a problem, but other than that, live and let whack.... :)
