Easily Motley Crue. Nobody else was barely even half as entertaining from what I've seen.

Entertaining as in "Stage act"? I'm gonna have to go with GWAR on this one. LOL! Oh man! there was this other band that was playing around southern California in the 80's , and i'm sure nobody remembers them but me - but they were called the "Snowmen". Their show was similar to KISS , but they wore all white , even white wigs and white face makeup , white guitars , amps , and speakers too! They did some pyro but some of the clubs put and end to that. Their songs were pretty tight too! and they had all kinds of energy , running around all over the place.. Nobody ever heard of them? I have 1 record , but they may have done more.

Gotta be Def Leppard. That's why they sold more records than anyone else durring that decade. I believe whole-heartedly that it was just as much because of their stage performances as it was the studio mastery!
