cockroache lays on his back?

why do cockroaches lay on their backs when they die ?? how does it happen ?

they die in any position, but then the cockroach fairy comes by and flips them all on their backs for you to find!!!

they dont lay on their backs to die....they usually die BECAUSE they are on their backs and cant turn themselves over.
