I am a teenager and plan to buy an issue of Maxim or FMH to do an art study project. But before I go to the store or go up to the counter, is there and age limit? I live in America so it isnt porn or full blown nudity, but I'm not sure what the rules are.

I worked at CVS before, and I KNOW that you do NOT have to be 18 to buy Maxim or FHM, b/c they're not considered pornography. You can absolutely buy them w/out a problem. (it's not like you're buying playboy - it's different)

I don't think there's an age limit. If you're 17-19, I think you're adult enough to read those kind of magazines.
