HA! They should definitely have to wear some sort of crotch enhancement thing!! Why are we wearing uncomfortable bras to enhance ourselves and they just get to hang loose in boxer shorts?!?! hehehe I think if guys wore tighter clothes they would be more concerned about the "bulge"....

A lot of mens underwear is designed specifically to enhance the appearance of the contents, Calvin Kleins for example; it's just not something they use as a selling point...

Guys only look at the women section in the Ann Summers catalogue!!! I reckon most guys feel embarrassed to want any of the men's stuff !!

We don't hear about it because it's not plastered all over the place in ads the way Victoria's Secret does with their bra ads.
But, yes, they do make underwear for men that gives them that look. And I don't think many guys wear them. Partly because they don't know about them, and partly because they don't care as much as women do about impressing others. They even make men's shapewear to give them support, similar to a woman's shapewear.

I don't think most men care, unless they're wearing a speedo and if they are wearing a speedo, I'm too grossed out to even check the package size.

I have a small penis, sometimes wish it was larger, but I do not need it. I think women do not need to make their boobs look larger.

I've heard of men "stuffing" their jeans. I don't know whether there is special underwear made for "enhancement" of the male physique, but I wouldn't be surprised.
