My girlfriend said that having a hero or somebody who you admire helps you achieve your goal.She said that when she was in high school her hero was Bobbie Rosenfeld.Is it true?And if so,what kind of hero would be appropriate for a fourteen year old boy like me?She gave me alot of suggestions but I didn't like any.I would really appreciated if you can think of some modern heroes.Thank you.

You should choose someone that you admire, no one can tell you who your hero is it can be any one. When I was little my hero was Helen Keller she was blind and deaf graduating from college with honors. My sister admired our local bank manager the first woman banker in our home town. A hero need not be famous, rich, or well known it can be the ex drug user because he over came the obstacle of addiction. Only you can choose it's a fact of life that can't be changed. Use your good sense and have fun finding the right one for you.

Only you can be the judge of who is worthy of a hero in your life,I agree with ILuvme,search within your own family,or someone you admire personally for their accomplishments in life,a celebrity is fine too if your willing to accept their flaws as well..good luck!

you don't need a hero, especially a celebrity... they're fake, they're allusion... you think they are that fabulous in real life? no... they are just like us... so, look for your hero in your family... someone that accomplished a lot and is a good example... my mom is my hero...
