futon bed or a couch what would you pick and why

If I didn't have a bed, and my girlfriend frequently spent the night, I would choose the futon. Otherwise, I would choose a real comfortable couch.

That would depend on a lot of different factors. If money is not an issue, I would definitely go for an awesome couch. If you need it for a bed as well, get a hide a bed. If funds are limited, I would go with a good looking futon over an ugly couch.

I would go with a couch because thats my style. However I have a futon for my guest.

go with the couch. i have never found a futon bed that was even a tiny bit comfortable.

okay if your in college or younger then futon if its comfy. If your out of college or older than 24-25 then Couch. Its just the way it is.

A leather couch....I have OCD...futons are hard to clean!

i would choose a couch becuase i had a footon for about a couple of years and the damn thing took a **** on me.. a couch will last you longer and be more comfortable i promise!! also the footon sucks to sleep on too!good luck
