Its the palm treo 700. It has 2 types: the palm treo 700p( with palm os) and the palm treo 700w ( with windows mobile)

Currently that would be the Palm 700 (p or w). From what I've read, the 'p' version is more stable regarding crashes and has a higher definition screen. I just got the 700p and I can say that it is VERY sharp screen. Sharp enough that I can read ebooks on the Treo even with the smallest fonts.

I read that Palm is also releasing a product to compete with the Motorola Q. I don't know it that will be the 680 or go by a different name.

But, like the Q, it won't be a true handheld computer with a phone attached. Instead, it will have a truncated operating system and SOME 3rd party applications will work with it but not all. It will be closer to a 'SmartPhone with extras' in nature than a true Phone/PDA.
