I've tried everything to try to fix it and it still says that the internet connection is wrong.

Try updating to the newest version (iTunes Menu>help>Check for updates) if it is updated check your firewall. It may be blocking the connection. If none of this works, back up your library completly unistall iTunes from your computer and then re-install it.
