Epcot food & wine festival?

Question

I'm going to the Epcot food & wine festival in Orlando this weekend. Has anyone been who can give recommendations on what to try?

I could have looked it up elsewhere on the internet.

i went last month, it was great. skip the seafood booths right by the entrance of world showcase, not that good. i liked the lobster roll in america, the chicken skewer in south africa, lamb chop in australia, loved the mexico kiosk, they had some sort of caserole with a green sauce, it was the best thing there. get some beer cheese soup in canada

Most of the food from different countries gets pretty expensive if you try very much of it ($3 here, $4 there) and what you get are pretty small samplings.
We try to catch as many of the performances in the different country areas as possible (celtic rock group for Canada, belly dancers for Algeria, drummers for Japan). The American area has different performers every day. We caught Little Richard one day, and friends said they saw the Beach Boys twice the day they went.

while you have probably left already, but I want to wish you a great time. I have missed it the past 2 years, but I am planning on going next year. I have seen a lot of info online, such as menus, photos, etc. and it looks like a great time.
