Sorry, nobody got it right..
Lunar wind is actually on Earth. Just like the moon's gravity pulls the Earths oceans creating tides, the moon does the same thing to the Earths atmosphere, though more subtly. This gravitational pull on our atmosphere creates a 1 to 2 mph wind. It is not usually recordable because of Earths normal weather patterns, but ithis "Lunar Wind" does exist.
