Yes, I've seen the grim reaper with shoes

Easy question - NO

The Reaper doesn't need shoes - since he's nothing but bones and robes, he doesn't weigh that much, so there's no real pressure being put on his feet.

For mine, I have been given this hood which you would be able to locate out of, yet no you may actually desire to verify your face, then i stitched a gown out of a few black fabric, and as for the scythe, you may decrease and paint a hockey stick

Heavens no!

His feet are so calloused and nasty due to the fires he walks through to get to his victims. They are tougher than an elephants butt, yet light enough to silently approach his victim when the time arises.

Knowing this, does it scare you more?

Yes, but that foul bastard doesn't wear socks!
And he wears sneakers,
You can hear him coming, but you can smell him.

He actually smells a lot like a hospital...I wonder why?

No he doesn't. He doesn't wear gloves on his hands either so both hands & feet are clearly skeletal, as is his face when he lowers his hood.
