The fourth. It can't be any earlier than Nov 22rd or later than the 28th.

It drives retailers nuts when it's late, though, because that puts only four weeks between it and Xmas.

I believe that FDR was the one who set the timing. Before that, it may have been the last Thursday.

I always thought it was the last Thursday in November, but this year it's the second to last Thursday in November?
