It is strange you are a level 4 sounds like you have all the answers. Hello and we all are one the computer. You are a parent and married right. well I will not say anything on the sex cause if you can't do that without help then sorry. LOL. one you can cook outside and rent a movie, go to the movie's with the family and eat out, do your bills. I really not to sure but this is a question you that is hard to answer unless you IM me I have the same problem with my son and I am a single dad. Do something good luck. Home work for one and throw the baseball.

Send kids to bed. Get a take away, a movie then curl up on the sofa and drift away.
Yeah right, that will never happen - play some games with the kids or watch a DVD with them - you'll be surprised how much fun you can have and how fast he time will pass!!!

dvd + a trip to the offy if u must stay in, alternatively try stopping off for early doors drinks in a local, you`ll soon make friends, plan c kick him in the **** and make him take you out
