Take a preconception vacation. In the december issue of parents or parenting magazine there is a little snippit about how couples going on these vacations are successful a lot of the time.
When you're on vacation you unwind and relax which helps with conception. Time it near ovulation. Have sex because you want to have sex not because you're on a time limit.

Me & my husband had the same problem. We tried for 4 years! I had to have surgery to unblock my tubes & I had endometriosis. I thought I would never get pregnant! I was looking online for fertility drugs. I found ovulex.com. The pills are kinda expensive but well worth it! I bought the 3 month supply and have 2 left. I got pregnant my first month using them. I am now 17 weeks! If you are serious just go check out the website. They dont make the woman more fertile. They just make her body WANT to concive. They maintain the needed hormones needed for conception. I know they will work for you. Good Luck!!!!

I am also trying and have been for almost a year too.So goggle search and try the ovultion test.I just went to the Dr.I'm having a test done on my overies to make sure I'm ovulating.I will do whatever I can to have a baby.I had some blood work done also to make sure I have estrogen still left. They are many reasons that you aren't pregnant yet.Don't give up and do the research.Good luck to you.Victoria

There are certain times of the month that a woman is fertile, but you should both go to a doctor and be checked, something may be going on that is hindering you from pregnancy!
