I need to know what OSHA requires for construction workers to tie off 100%. Do they use a double y lanyard or can they use single? Please help if possible, Thank You!

Not sure of current OSHA regs, but Iwhen I had to tie off we used a single lanyard with a three foot fall break and a standard harness.

OSHA is the Occupational Health and Safety Administration. They have nothing to do with sidewalks or any other civil engineering issue. That is purely up to the town or county zoning, as well as state and national building codes The fact that it's a church has no bearing.
