Totally not true. Society has tried to prevent 'the sin of onanism' for centuries. A recent example of this? In the last century, scientists believed that circumcising male infants would prevent them from masturbating later on, which is why the fifties saw such an increase in gentile circumcision.

Your penis is a muscle. If you work out do your muscles get smaller? I am not saying it will make it larger.

Yes, it will. But not as small as inactivity. Inactivity will cause Shrinkage! Overworking it will cause premature ejaculation once you are engaged in two- party sex. So, you're damned if you do, and damned if you don't. The only way to ensure that it doesn't shrink, is hearty sex with a person.
