They haven't actually said who it is, but one would assume it is Lex's.

Ahhh you should go rent out the dvds if you missed any of the episodes season 1 through 5 its very worth it!
Yes Lana is pregnant and most likely with Lex because of the vision Lex saw when he "died". In the vision Lex was married to Lana and had a son with her. But his mother warned that if he didnt start changing his ways he would not be able to live a happy life with Lana and the family. My guess is that since Lex didnt listen to his mom the child will somehow die.

Knowing the show it could be Lex's but they sleep in seperate beds as far as i know she has her own room.
The show is getting better and better unlike some shows.

this is the first episode ive seen in a long time too and boy was it a shocker to me. i wonder whose it could be! she said shed been having the symptoms for a couple months! maybe it could be clarks!
