To buy a loco such as a 4-6-2 you would not get much change from half a million £ or a million $ if it is in working order, probably less if it isn't. Moving it will also be costly. It will have to be on a low-loader owned by a specialist contractor, which will cost thousands. It is possible to raise the money through grants, appeals, etc. If you are in the UK you could apply for a lottery grant on the grounds that you are helping to preserve the country's heritage.

EBay and Amazon.com cost ~40 to 50 dollars.
The one on Amazon.com says it is for ages three and up

I saw it on a Toys R Us Commercial. So yeah... that's the place. I don't kow if other places sell it, or not and I don't know the price.
