I live in a very bigoted community and county in Oregon and I have unfortunately had to file a few cases here and there is a great deal of bigotry. I need to pay an attorney to remove my cases from this county and into another diverse county and court, i.e., Multnomah County, Oregon where they can be heard fairly and by more diverse judges.

Where I am now, there is a great deal of bigotry and blatant violations of the law and the judge makes rude and nasty comments to me even though they are unwarranted and I don't want to lose my cases based on a bigoted court not conducting themselves within the law. The bigots I speak of are White or course.

I want to pay an attorney to get my cases removed from this county and into a more diverse county where they can be heard fairly & with the potential of an African American judge &/or jury because when African Americans are involved in such matters involving other AA's the propensity for racism to prevail is lessened greatly. Help pls. TY

I want to follow up with this important detail: PLEASE DON'T ANY WHITE PERSONS MAKE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION WITH THEIR "I DON'T THINK YOU CAN, OR WELL, YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK", because this is very thing I want this posted question and answer forum to be free of; those kind of vague and arrogant answers from only those whites who really don't have a clue or much care, but only want to scratch something down on paper just because. I only want true and decent preferrably people of color who have been thru what I describe above, or if you are white, you must be above board and truly concerned and decent; not just wanting to pop off just because you see something that has to do with prejudice and racism issues.

If you're like this, don't even respond because you are of no use to me and you further confirm what I've already stated above.

I only need true, honest, very caring & honest, helpful human beings to respond who have the knowledge to move these cases ASAP. Thanks for your respect.

DON'T SAY YOU'RE BLACK WHEN YOU'RE NOT JUST TO "GET SOMETHING IN EDGEWISE". IT'S OF NO USE TO ME AND AS YOU WILL SEE FUELS WHITES WHO READ THIS POST TO WANT TO SHOW THEIR ARROGANCE AND POST SOMETHING FRIVOLOUS AND BIAS JUST LIKE THEY ALWAYS DO.

PLEASE ONLY PEOPLE WHO ARE TRULY OF COLOR WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED BIGOTRY, HATE, PREJUDICE IN THE WORST MANNER POST YOUR ASSISTANCE BECAUSE AT THIS POINT, THESE BIGOTS OVER THE PAST 34 YEARS OF MY LIFE HAVE CAUSED ME TO BELIEVE THE OLD SAYING "HATE BEGETS HATE".

I NOW TRULY BELIEVE THIS OLD SAYING BECAUSE WHAT ELSE DOES HATE CAUSE? MORE HATE AND DESPISING OF THOSE WHO PRACTICE IT FOR NO REASON.

From your explanation, one might conclude that you are, in effect,
judge and jury shopping. I only say that because, it is done here
in Texas a lot. Certain kinds of cases are filed in certain districts.
I am going to assume that you are just looking for a fair and
impartial outcome on your legal problems. If you a scintilla of
proof of discrimination in your county court system, take it the
Federal Gov't- I don't exactly what office - but you could start
with the FBI and they will gladly direct you.

Maybe- it's not your skin color they find so offensive- Maybe it is the attitude that I can't possible get a fair trial here because all I have to work with are bigoted white people.
Obviously I am not there, so I can't say how these people really feel- But my mother always told me that when you point the finger at someone else 3 fingers are pointing back at you.
And so far it's proved to be pretty much on the mark.

after reading your additional posts I feel certain that I understand the bigotry you face- it was just directed at me. Mom was right about that finger thing!!

Did you break the law? Did the color of your skin affect the decision you made to break the law? Do you believe that the color of your skin should be entered in evidence as part of your defense? Maybe you made these bad decisions because an ancestor you didn't even know had been enslaved?

Or are you a responsible adult who gratefully accepts responsibility for all the decisions you make?
Personal responsibility is your ticket into productive adulthood.

There have already been lots of Black and Hispanic communities insisting that the subsequent appointee ought to be Black, or ought to be Hispanic, in spite of skills. Why does not anybody ever tell the vendors of an NBA team that their following few contracts ought to flow to white basketball gamers (for the sake of "selection" of direction)? skill concerns!! i visit be sure that if Obama alternatives a woman or a Black or a Hispanic, it is going to likely be by way of fact he surpassed over skill and abilities. Obama cares no longer something approximately top examining the form, he merely needs somebody "who can empathize with a bad woman". even while Bush nominated Harriet Meiers anybody knew she replaced into no longer the main qualified, yet Bush lied and publicly suggested she replaced into the main qualified, till of direction he chanced on John Roberts who replaced into lots extra qualified.

Some quotes from your other posts:

"Personally, I have given up on all whites...as they are always topping the list of hate and bigotry and they use their positions to hurt people of color. I now use my position to hurt them and they don't like it, but they get angry and try to "pack up" with other bigots like them."

" ... it won't stop until Armageddon destroys them. That time is not far off. Until that time, I just exist with 'em but I don't try to be too social or friendly because they are a cursed race ... and they cannot be trusted..."

"Be careful and don't get too close because if you were a cursed race also, I guess you'd have a lot of evil and hate within you and you wouldn't behave yourself fairly."

"Whites think they run everything and thing is, they do not and this type of "we can" and you cannot illness keeps them in hot water constantly so they lie when they are confronted with their evil ways."

"That's when they really need to be eliminated by God, but God has his own time."

"As far as interacting with them, I don't really care to...I don't associate with 'em much as they don't have goodness in their hearts and they always lie and cause major problems"

To be honest, you are the one who is bigoted ... and every non-delusional African-American for miles around will steer clear of you.

Sounds like a rough situation. Sadly, the procedural laws in just about any state do not easily allow a case to be transferred after it has been filed, and even then it's almost impossible to transfer a case to a different county given jurisdictional requirements.

I wish you luck in your search for justice.

Your post is full of irony. You lay vicious labels on whites without explaining WHAT they have done to you, and then have the audacity to call others "bigoted."

Your use of the buzzword "diversity" is cowardly. What you really mean is "black person who agrees with me."

Also, you assume that a white person cannot be fair or impartial to you, which is itself racist.
______________

Based on what you added to your post, it is clear that you're no better than the average Klansman.

"PLEASE DON'T ANY WHITE PERSONS MAKE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION WITH THEIR "I DON'T THINK YOU CAN, OR WELL, YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK""

so what you are saying is that in your opinion white people are unable to give correct answers to factual questions.

ok.

i'm black. you are not going to get whatever crazy cases you have moved. just from reading other things you wrote it is clear you aren't right in the head. the judge isn't being rude or whatever you claim because you are black. he is fed up with you and your crazy stuff.

it's not them, it's you. anyone who thinks otherwise can google your name and look at what your crazy *** did on match.com.

I am sorry you are dealing with this I Have the same sh*t everywhere But i have never had to deal with it in court. You might want to try the NAACP http://www.naacp.org/

I am sure she knows when some one is making remarks that they should not be and how the remarks show their bias towards her.
