You're support and freindship is all you can give her right now.
Try to be strong for her, offer to be with her, and check in on her after she has had the procedure and make sure she is okay. Maybe stay the night with her, bring some movies and some food or something and just spend time with her. Maybe some girl time with a good friend will be just what she needs.
Knowing she has a caring and loyal friend by doing some of the things I mentioned will be a comfort to her!!

Wow. Try to cheer her up by helping her take her mind off of it, I know it's not easy hearing news like that but if she knows that she has someone to ride this out with then she won't feel so alone. I would also let her know that your her best friend and no matter what you will always be there for her.
Good Luck.
Hope everything gets better

tell her that you'll always support her and she can count on you no matter what. talk about different options and help her sort her life out. if her parents would be supportive maybe discuss it with them and all 3 of you can help her? (only if you're a very close friend)

always be there, make sure you are another close friend are there when she is at her saddest. my friend had an abortion at 18 also and that was 12 almost 13 years ago and it still hurts her to think she would have another kid now. it gets better with time ,but she will need her loved ones to help her through

just be there for her, maybe ask if she wants you to go with her when they end the pregnancy. Etopic pregnancies can get bad real quick so it needs to be taken care of right away. So be with her and support her
