In most states you are not allowed to divorce your spouse just because you want to. You either have to both agree on the divorce and both sign off on it (irreconcilable differences) or the one seeking the divorce against the will of the other has to provide a pretty good reason (abuse, infidelity, etc.).
But all that said, if she doesn't want to be with you, why would you want to be with her. Also, if it has come to the point that she wants a divorce, I'm sure there are pretty significant issues involve, even if you don't know about them!!

Most likely she has somebody else. You should let her go then.
I guarantee you, she has a man. She might not sleep with him yet, if it makes you happy, but you have almost nothing to loose, beleive me. I would bet 95% she already cheated on you. She also might hold on little bit, then you try to solve the problem, which is she is not entertained by you the way she wants. If she decides to work on the marriage, you have months of enormous effort in front of you. And you will never completely forgive her. So, in general, if you do not have kids, it is not worth it.

Try to go to a counsellor if she agrees. If she has already made up her mind to divorce you there is nothing much you can do.
