well it depends why you are doing it, if you are trying to copy it to cd's to burn on an mp3 like an ipod then dont move it to a cd just download the music you want online. (the music u had on your ipod)otherwise do as the other guy said.

I'm not sure why you'd want to do this but here goes... The easiest way is to get a sound card for your computer with an S/PDIF digital input that is compatible with the digital output on your minidisc player. The software that comes with your sound card can record this input digitally which makes a perfect copy to the CD.

Please note that since MiniDisc is already a compressed format, going to CD won't lose any quality, but if you convert that CD back to a format like MP3, then you may hear some 'fuzziness' in the recording.

I've attached a link below to an attachment to popular Sound Blaster cards that will let you do this. You need this attachment in addition to one of the supported cards listed in the link.
