It's neither. Sorry, couldn't resist. I'm Scottish by birth and we use both. I prefer nayy-ther myself. Dictionaries (see link below) usually list both.

Whichever you like. Usually, British people say 'ni-dher' and Americans say 'nee-dher'.

it probably depends on where you come from, if you speak american english or english from the uk, but it can be pronouced [eeeether] way :-)
