how can i get windows xp to recognize my creative zen micro photo?

i've connected it via usb and it seems to recognize it at first but when it searches for the drivers it says that it cannot install it.

hey, that's exactly my problem!! it keeps on saying, no device detected. Anybody, please help!!!
