I've asked a similar question before in regards to my baby's feeding, and turned out the last time, that she was actually coming down with the flu that's why she was drinking less ounces of milk, but now she is recovering, and she still doesn't want to drink her milk, the most she gets a day is 12 ounces, but she still eats her sollids very well, cereal mixed with milk, veggies and fruit...what is going on??? Is this ok, or should I contact her doctor? She is still an active baby, nothing has changed, expect her milk intake. HELP!

If she's still eating her solids, everything's okay. In fact, it took my now two year old daughter way longer to get used to her solids... she's fine, she's getting her nutrition from her solid foods, but do bring it up to her pediatrician at her next appointment.

I would not be to concerned. As long as she is eating and having some milk then she is OK. My daughter is 19 months old and went through the same thing and for some reason when they feel like they just do not want milk. A matter of fact her Dr told me if she can not hold anything down then do not give her milk because it was to hard on her stomach. What I did was give her Gatorade mixed with more water. She would not drink pedialite so at least I knew she was hydrated with the Lil Gatorade she had.
good luck

Asking a doctor is the best choice. It sounds to me like she just prefers solids to milk. If she is eating solids well maybe she is just full and doesnt need to take in as much milk in a day. Solids seem to be much more filling.

Well if she had a flu, then she probably can't breath well, and taking the bottle while not bereathing well can be a hasstle, on the other hand, swallowing is much easier....... so just don't panic, as long as she's eating enough and growing well, she will regain her strength well, and increase her intake of milk.

Good luck

LOL it really is humorous. it really is what my 4 month previous used to do . (well-being care specialist made me commence him on solids because he's a huge toddler) He'd be hungry and that i might want to feed him the cereal with the spoon and he'd nonetheless scream because he's hungry. I realized that they are used to the bottle so what u do is provide her about say... 3 oz. of formula, then purely sneak the cereal in good after . make confident she's already in her chair although so as quickly as she finishes the bottle, placed the sppon in her mouth. If she likes it, it will be no prob. I also got here to the end that little ones are smarter than we anticipate of, they recognize what they favor. My son really HATES barley cereal by itself... he will scream, flow his head, stall, do inspite of he can to get remote from that spoon even as barley is on it (recommendations you, he's purely 4 months). yet once you position a touch bit banana, or toddler apple sauce in it, he gulps it down and screams even as its finished . lol so perhaps she doesn't like it? mash a respectable sized piece of banana n placed it in her cereal so it may flavor more effective if the first ingredient I informed u doesn't artwork . solid success !

I REALLY HOPE U MEAN BREASTMILK AND NOT REAL MILK., ITS CALLED ALLERGIES IF UR GIVING HER REAL MILK. ur not supposed to feed dairy until a year.. first of all, stop asking the same damn question over and over again.. and second of all, babies fluctuate with eating.. they go thru phases and its completely normal, but if u have a concern call the doctor and ask to speak to a nurse and just ask
