I have been working for an accountant for a little over a year. Because it's been slow lately, my boss cut my hours in half. I have been getting partial unemployment, but it's not a big help. I have had to borrow money off my fiance like crazy, and I HATE that. Also, my boss has made some unusual (almost sexually harassing) comments to me. I can't STAND one of my co-workers. I am positive I can make almost as much, if not more, as an Assistant Manager, although it will be harder work. However....I will be going back to full time here in January. I also don't like this work, even though it is good experience for any career. I'll note that I DO have a job interview tomorrow...but I am just looking for open opnions on this. Should I get out now, and save my sanity and so he can find a replacement before tax season?

If you are being sexually harassed, I would report it. Aside from that, just always remember, you only live once. There is no time to be stuck in a dead-end job that is so upsetting to you (not to mention to your fiancee, who is probably tired of loaning you money, but too kind to say so)! Good luck on your interview, but should that not pan out, I'd continue to seek other employment!!
